SoliBoard PCW100 HT INO-Grade

At the top of the SoliBoard™ product range, SoliBoard™ PCW100 HT INO represents our most advanced insulation board. INO stands for inorganic, reflecting a unique manufacturing process that eliminates organic binders and creates a highly stable ceramic-bonded structure. Designed without compromise, this premium-grade board is intended for the most demanding thermal applications.

SoliBoard™ PCW100 HT INO is manufactured from 100% Poly Crystalline Wool (PCW) fibres and has a classification temperature of 1600°C. During production, carefully selected binders are used to form the board. A subsequent firing process removes all organic components and creates a permanent ceramic bond throughout the structure. This results in exceptional thermal stability and reliable performance at extreme temperatures.

With a density of 400 kg/m³, the board contains significantly more insulation material than conventional lightweight alternatives. This increased density is achieved through higher material input, not cost reduction. The result is improved mechanical strength, durability and insulation performance. SoliBoard™ PCW100 HT INO also forms the basis of our patented Hybrid Insulation System.

The board is particularly suited for laboratory kilns, dental furnaces, high-firing specialty kilns and advanced thermal process equipment. It performs exceptionally well at continuous operating temperatures above 1300°C, in specialized atmospheres, and in applications where users prefer to avoid RCF-based insulation materials. Combining low thermal conductivity, excellent dimensional stability and advanced engineering, it represents the highest level of insulation technology within the SoliBoard™ range.
