As the premium grade within our Low Bio Persistence fibre board range, SoliBoard™ NXT represents the next step in high-temperature insulation performance. Building on the proven success of SoliBoard™ Backup, BB and ULS, it combines excellent thermal insulation with superior machinability, dimensional stability and product consistency. Manufactured from exonerated fibres, it offers unrestricted handling from a health and safety classification perspective while maintaining outstanding thermal performance.

With a 1300°C classification temperature and suitability for continuous operation up to 1150°C in clean, oxygen-rich environments, SoliBoard™ NXT is designed for demanding industrial and thermal processing applications. Its homogeneous, ultra-low shot structure enables accurate cutting, drilling, milling and CNC machining of both standard and complex components. Customers value its clean surface, excellent flatness and reliable in-service performance.

As a Generation III Low Bio Persistence insulation board, SoliBoard™ NXT delivers an exceptional balance of thermal efficiency, sustainability and ease of use. Many competing products display similar datasheet values. However, SoliBoard™ NXT is backed by independent thermal conductivity testing in accordance with ASTM C-201, performed by ICAR France. This verification provides confidence that performance extends beyond published specifications.

Manufactured on our state-of-the-art continuous board production line, SoliBoard™ NXT benefits from advanced drying technology that reduces energy consumption by up to 50% compared with conventional methods. The result is a uniform, stable and consistent product with a reduced environmental footprint.
