SoliBoard ZR-Grade

SoliBoard™ ZR is our highest temperature-rated RCF fiber board. It is designed for demanding thermal insulation applications where heat resistance, low shrinkage, mechanical stability, and long service life are critical. Manufactured from our proprietary Generation III Ultra Low Shot SoliWool™ ZR fiber and carefully selected fillers, it provides reliable thermal performance up to its 1430°C classification temperature and maintains excellent structural integrity in continuous operating conditions up to 1300°C.

Trusted across the iron and steel, petrochemical, ceramics, and process industries, SoliBoard™ ZR is engineered for applications where reliable performance at extreme temperatures is essential. In ceramic tunnel kilns, it has proven particularly effective as a zone separator. Its excellent thermal stability and low shrinkage help maintain separation efficiency during long operating campaigns. Compared with conventional high-temperature fiber boards, this can result in improved durability and longer service life.

Its advanced fiber composition produces a cleaner, more homogeneous structure with improved surface quality, excellent dimensional consistency, and reduced dust generation. SoliBoard™ ZR also offers excellent machinability, allowing precise cutting, drilling, milling, and CNC machining of complex shapes and components.

Manufactured on our state-of-the-art continuous board line using energy-efficient drying technology, SoliBoard™ ZR combines consistent product quality with a reduced environmental footprint, providing a modern solution for high-temperature insulation systems.
